• Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in securing the website and preventing spam via reCAPTCHA.

6. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the limitation period of any related legal liabilities. After those periods the data is deleted. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. The following processors are involved:

• Hosting and email provider: hosts the site and delivers the email generated by the form, within the European Economic Area (EEA).
• Google Ireland Ltd. (reCAPTCHA): anti-spam protection. Its use may involve an international data transfer to Google LLC (USA), covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See Google's privacy policy.

8. Your rights

As a data subject, you may exercise at any time the rights of:
