- Contact form: your email address, subject, and the content of the message you send.
- Technical data: when you submit the form, your IP address is processed through Google reCAPTCHA for the sole purpose of preventing automated spam.
We do not collect special categories of data nor build profiles from your data.

- To handle, manage, and respond to the enquiries and requests you send.
- To maintain the contact needed to assess and, where applicable, deliver the requested services.
- To secure the form and prevent fraudulent or abusive use (reCAPTCHA).
5. Legal basis
- Consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when you voluntarily complete and submit the contact form.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) in securing the website and preventing spam via reCAPTCHA.
6. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the limitation period of any related legal liabilities. After those periods the data is deleted. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Recipients and processors
We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. The following processors are involved:
- Hosting and email provider: hosts the site and delivers the email generated by the form, within the European Economic Area (EEA).
- Google Ireland Ltd. (reCAPTCHA): anti-spam protection. Its use may involve an international data transfer to Google LLC (USA), covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See Google's privacy policy.
8. Your rights
As a data subject, you may exercise at any time the rights of:
- Access to your personal data.
- Rectification of inaccurate data.
- Erasure («right to be forgotten»).
- Objection and restriction of processing.
- Portability of the data you provided.
- Withdrawal of consent, without retroactive effect.
To exercise them, email [email protected] stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security matched to the risk, preventing loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorised access. The connection uses encrypted HTTPS.
